Abstract: An in-vehicle network system includes a plurality of controllers; a plurality of communication lines connected to the controllers, respectively, a relay device connected to the controllers via the communication lines, and a retention determiner configured to determine whether retention of data occurs in the relay device. The relay device is configured to relay data between the communication lines, and configured to preferentially relay data having a priority equal to or higher than a predetermined priority such that the data reaches the controller that is a transmission destination among the controllers within a first predetermined time when the retention determiner determines that the retention occurs.

Abstract: An in-vehicle network system includes a plurality of relay devices that is connected to control devices of a vehicle, and communicates with each other and is configured such that each of a plurality of request devices that transmits a response request to the control device is connected to any one of the relay devices, a storage unit that stores a priority of the request devices, a master setter that sets, as the master, the relay device to which the request device having the highest priority has been connected among the relay devices to which any one of the request devices has been connected, and an arbitrator that performs arbitration to prioritize a response request from the request device having the highest priority when the response requests are transmitted from at least two of the request devices when the relay device in which the arbitrator is included is the master.

Abstract: A power management device for vehicles includes a communication control section that performs interactive communication to selectively supply and receive the electric power with respect to the external power source device and a supplying/receiving control section that controls supplying/receiving of the electric power by the vehicle-mounted power storage device. When the condition that the supplying/receiving control section is in the great power state is satisfied, control of the supplying/receiving of the electric power is allowed. If the supplying/receiving control section is in the decreased state before the vehicle-mounted power storage device and the external power source device selectively supply and receive the electric power with respect to each other, the communication control section performs the interactive communication.
