摘要： An information processing device includes a controller configured to acquire a detected value of a sensor that detects presence or absence of a person within a predetermined range outside one or more openings that is formed in a wall surface of a first building, each of the one or more openings using light control glass, the wall surface facing outside, and control transmittance of the light control glass based on the detected value of the sensor. A building includes one or more opening that is formed in at least a wall surface that faces outside, the opening using light control glass; a sensor that detects presence or absence of a person within a predetermined range outside the one or more openings; and a control device that controls transmittance of the light control glass based on a detected value of the sensor.
