    Abstract: A magnetically coupled reactor includes a coupled core member, a first coil, and a second coil. The coupled core member includes a first core and a second core made of a magnetic material and disposed to face each other, a coil channel, and a sheet-like magnetic body by which a coupling portion between cores is put between the first core and the second core at an outer portion of the first and second cores. Each coil is wound around a leg through the coil channel in a lap winding manner such that the coils are overlapped on top of each other in the coil channel when seen in an axial direction. The sheet-like magnetic body extends from the coupling portion between coils into the coil channel and includes a portion arranged between coils located between the coils in the axial direction.

    Abstract: An electric drive unit includes a multi-phase AC motor including a plurality of first terminals, and a power converter including a plurality of second terminals. The power converter is fixed to an electric motor case so as to partially overlap the AC motor in an axial direction with a wall portion interposed therebetween. Each first terminal includes a first extended portion extending from the stator along the axial direction, and a first fastening portion. Each second terminal includes a second extended portion extending along an extending direction at a portion of the power converter that does not overlap the AC motor in the axial direction; and a second fastening portion.     Abstract: The cooling apparatus uses oil to cool an electric motor whose output is transmitted to a drive shaft inserted into a motor shaft via a reduction gear and a differential gear. An oil seal seals the gap between the differential case of the differential gear and the outer peripheral surface of the drive shaft. An oil passage is formed inside the drive shaft. An oil introduction hole is formed in the drive shaft on the side of the differential gear with respect to the oil seal to introduce oil from the differential gear into the in-drive-shaft oil passage. An oil outlet hole is formed in the drive shaft on the side of the electric motor with respect to the oil seal to draw oil from the in-drive-shaft oil passage to the inside of the motor shaft.

    Abstract: A control device of an electric vehicle includes: a target rotation speed calculation unit that calculates a target rotation speed of a drive wheel based on a vehicle body speed; and a slip control unit that detects a slip of the drive wheel when a wheel speed exceeds the target rotation speed of the drive wheel and that controls motor torque of the motor in such a manner that the wheel speed becomes an appropriate rotation speed in detection of the slip. Further, the slip control unit controls the motor torque by feedback control according to a difference between the rotation speed of the motor and the target rotation speed of the drive wheel in detection of the slip.
