Abstract: A method for manufacturing aluminum nitride fibers which comprises heating a mixture of aluminum nitride powders and aluminum powders to a temperature of 580* to 1,000* C. in an atmosphere consisting of nitrogen or ammonia gas with addition of halogens which creates an exothermic nitrification of aluminum heating the charge to above 2,000* C. and forming aluminum nitride fibers in high yield.
Abstract translation: 一种氮化铝纤维的制造方法,其特征在于,在由氮或氨气组成的气氛中加入氮化铝粉末和铝粉末的混合物至580℃〜1000℃,同时加入卤素,产生铝的放热硝化 将电荷加热至2000℃以上,高收率地形成氮化铝纤维。
