摘要: The present invention relates to a self-lubricating coating comprising a dispersion made of nanoparticles containing sulfur that are incorporated into a silver matrix, wherein the nanoparticles containing sulfur have the composition Ag2S and/or Au2S. The present invention furthermore relates to a self-lubricating coating comprising a dispersion made of fluorinated graphene, and/or carbon nanotube (CNT), and/or carbon nanoparticles of the formula (CF)x incorporated into a silver matrix, wherein the fluorinated graphene, CNT, or carbon nanoparticles of the formula (CF)x have a fluorine to carbon ratio of 1 to 1.25. The present invention furthermore relates to a method for the fabrication of the coating, and an electrical contact which comprises such a coating.

摘要: An electrically conductive contact element for an electrical connector includes a connection region and a contact region. The contact region comprises a main region, an end region and a contact surface. The contact surface is arranged on at least one side surface of the main region and on at least one side surface of the end region. Caverns filled with an auxiliary material are arranged exclusively under the contact surface of the end region in a microstructure; and in the region of the microstructure, the contact surface has a surface texture. A method for enclosing an auxiliary material under a contact surface of the end region of a contact region of an electrically conductive contact element for an electrical connector is provided.

摘要: A connector for determining a temperature of a contact point includes a connector contact element for electrically contacting the connector with a mating connector contact element of a mating connector at the contact point. The connector includes a connector tap for tapping a connector potential at the connector contact element and a mating connector contact probe for determining a mating connector potential of the mating connector contact element. The connector determines the temperature of the contact point from a potential difference between the connector potential and the mating connector potential.
