    Abstract: One object of the present invention is to provide a plasma welding method capable of performing plasma welding while restraining initial investment in a welding device, and the present invention provide a plasma welding method includes a pilot arc generation step in which a pilot arc is generated between the electrode and the insert chip by supplying a first pilot gas which is easily converted into a plasma state between the electrode and the insert chip while supplying a shield gas between the insert chip and the shield cap; and a first welding step in which, after the pilot arc generation step, a main arc is generated between the electrode and the workpiece by electrically disconnecting the plus terminal and the insert chip by the first selector switch while supplying the first pilot gas and the shield gas.

The present invention provides a wire aiming guide (1) configured to guide a welding wire (W) and feed the welding wire from a tip side thereof while being attached to a welding torch including: a first guide member (2) and a second guide member (3) configured to guide the welding wire (W): and a connecting portion (5) rotatably connecting the first guide member (2) and the second guide member (3), wherein a direction of the welding wire (W) fed from a tip end side of the first guide member (2) is adjusted by bending the first guide member (2) with respect to the second guide member (3).

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a welding system having a remote controller suitable for manually adjusting the feeding speed of a filler wire, the present invention provides a welding system including: a consumable electrode type or a non-consumable electrode type welding torch (20); a welding power supply device (40) which is configured to supply a welding current to the welding torch (20); a wire feeding device (30) which is configured to feed a filler wire (W) to the welding torch (20) or a filler guide (31) attached to the welding torch (20); a remote controller (50) which is configured to manually adjust a feeding speed of the filler wire (W); and a control device (60) which is configured to control the welding power supply device (40) and the wire feeding device (30), wherein the remote controller (50) has a sensor and is configured to output a signal corresponding to a load applied to the sensor (51) to the control device (60), and the control device (60) is configured to control the wire feeding device (30) so as to feed the filler wire (W) at a feeding speed set according to an output intensity of the signal.
