    摘要: A Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) gateway serves a non-Third Generation Partnership Project (non-3GPP) user device over a 3GPP N1 link. The gateway receives a transaction request from the non-3GPP user device. The gateway translates the transaction request into a 3GPP request. The gateway transfers the 3GPP request to a 3GPP network and receives an authentication request from the 3GPP network. The gateway generates and transfers an authentication response based on the transaction request and the authentication request to the 3GPP network. In response to the authentication, the gateway establishes the 3GPP N1 link with the 3GPP network for the non-3GPP user device. The gateway exchanges user data with the non-3GPP user device. The gateway interworks the user data and N1 signaling. The gateway exchanges the N1 signaling with the 3GPP network. The 3GPP network interworks the N1 signaling and the user data and exchanges the user data.

    摘要: A multiple identity (ID) tag device is provided. The multiple ID tag device comprises an antenna, a power harvesting circuit electrically coupled to the antenna and configured to receive RF energy collected by the antenna and convert the RF energy into electrical power, a demodulation circuit electrically coupled to the antenna, a modulation circuit electrically coupled to the antenna, a selector circuit electrically coupled to the power harvesting circuit, the demodulation circuit, and the modulation circuit and configured to receive a first signal from the demodulation circuit, send a second signal to the modulation circuit, and receive electrical power from the power harvesting circuit, and a plurality of ID storage circuits electrically coupled to the selector circuit, each ID storage circuit configured to receive the first signal from the selector circuit, send the second signal to the selector circuit, and receive the electrical power from the selector circuit.

    摘要: A wireless communication network serves a wireless user device using N1 signaling. The wireless communication network establishes active N1 signaling links with the wireless user device and exchanges active N1 signaling with the wireless user device over the active N1 signaling links. The wireless communication network converts one of the active N1 signaling links for the wireless user device into an inactive N1 signaling link and exchanges inactive N1 signaling with the wireless user device to maintain the inactive N1 signaling link. The wireless communication network converts the inactive N1 signaling link for the wireless user device back into the one of the active N1 signaling links without performing a new registration for the wireless user device. The wireless communication network exchanges additional active N1 signaling with the wireless user device over the active N1 signaling links.

    摘要: A wireless communication network hands-out a wireless User Equipment (UE) from a non-Third Partnership Project (non-3GPP) access node to a target communication network. An Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF) determines UE context for the wireless UE for a data communication session over the non-3GPP access node. The AMF detects when the wireless UE de-attaches from the non-3GPP access node to handover to the target communication network. In response, the AMF transfers the UE context for the wireless UE to a Network Exposure Function (NEF). The NEF receives the UE context for the UE from the AMF and transfer the UE context for the UE to the target communication network.

    摘要: A method for implementing a software-based (SB) radio frequency identification (RFID) tag is disclosed. The method comprises storing first RFID identity data in a memory of the SB RFID tag, storing second RFID identity data in the memory of the SB RFID tag; and receiving via an antenna coupled to the SB RFID tag an RFID interrogation signal from an RFID reader and, in response determining by a processor of the SB RFID tag a status of an RFID identity selection criterion, selecting one of the first RFID identity data and the second RFID identity data, based on the status of the RFID identity selection criterion; and sending the selected one of the first RFID identity data and the second RFID identity data to the RFID reader via an antenna coupled to the SB RFID tag.
