Abstract: A cell collection method of collecting cells includes a culture medium movement process, a detachment liquid supply process, and a mixing process, wherein in the culture medium movement process, a used culture medium in a culture container is moved to a collection container, wherein in the detachment liquid supply process after the culture medium movement process, a detachment liquid for detaching the cells from an inner surface of the culture container is supplied to the culture container, and wherein in the mixing process after the detachment liquid supply process, the detachment liquid and the used culture medium are mixed with each other.

Abstract: A cell dispensing device capable of efficiently dispensing cells while reducing the risk of mixing of bacteria or the like is provided. The cell dispensing device includes a first tube configured to connect a container and a dispensing container to each other, a syringe pump attached to a second tube connected to a branch portion formed in the first tube, and a buffer tank provided between the syringe pump and the branch portion. The cell suspension stored in the container is temporarily stored in the buffer tank and is delivered to the dispensing container by the syringe pump.

Abstract: A connection mechanism includes two connection parts. Each connection part includes a first flange including a through hole and an attaching portion by which the first flange is attached to a partial wall portion while the through hole faces an opening. The attaching portion includes: a vertical adjuster which adjusts the attaching position of the first flange so that a surface of the first flange, which is opposite to a surface of the first flange facing the partial wall portion, is vertical; and a rotation adjuster which adjusts the attaching position of the first flange about a horizontal axis passing the center of the through hole and extending in the thickness direction. The attaching position of a first flange can be individually adjusted.

Abstract: There is provided a cell recovery method for recovering cells which are cultured in at least one container containing a liquid medium and adhere to an inner surface of the container, the method including performing: a medium discharge step of discharging the liquid medium from the container; a peeling liquid supply step of supplying a peeling liquid for peeling the cells from the inner surface of the container to the container; a peeling liquid discharge step of discharging the peeling liquid from the container before the cells are completely peeled from the inner surface of the container; a waiting step of waiting until the cells are peeled by action of a residual peeling liquid; and a recovery liquid supply step of supplying a recovery liquid for recovering the cells to the container.
