    摘要: An electrically remote-controlled intra-pipe work vehicle is hydraulically actuated and is adapted to work with a lining equipment for lining interior of a branch pipe interconnecting with the main pipe in which the vehicle is positioned. The vehicle has a self-clamping mechanism to securely anchor itself at a work site in the main pipe and a tool actuating mechanism for angularly positioning and actuating the lining equipment. The lining equipment includes a lining material anchoring hydraulic press for pressingly hold an end flange of a tubular lining material, which is made of a fabric impregnated with a thermosetting synthetic resin, by an arcuate pressing plate. A counter hydraulic press counteracts the pressing force of the lining material anchoring press. A sealing tube having an electric heater element imbedded therein is sealedly bonded to an end of the tubular lining material with a bonding agent having a low melting temperature. The lining material is forced into the branch pipe by a pressurized fluid and pressed against the inside wall of the branch pipe. Then, the lining material is heated by a heated pressurized fluid to be set hardened. Subsequently, electric current is provided to the heater element in the sealing tube so that the bonding agent is melted and the sealing tube is separated from the lining material.

    摘要: A vehicular air conditioner includes a housing having a rear seat discharge passage for supplying mixed air to rear seats in a vehicle and a plurality of dividing ribs disposed in a face outlet which is open upwardly in the housing. Each of the dividing ribs has a communication path defined therein in the longitudinal direction thereof, the communication path being concave in confronting relation to the interior of the housing. Mixed air produced in a mixing portion in the housing is supplied from the face outlet to front seats in the vehicle. Part of the mixed air is supplied through the communication paths to the rear seat discharge passage, from which the mixed air is supplied to the rear seats.

    摘要: The present invention relates to ruthenium complex compound wherein a heteroatom-containing carbene compound having a six-membered ring structure is bonded to ruthenium and a process for the preparation thereof; a process for producing ring-opened cyclic olefin polymer by subjecting a cyclic olefin to ring-opening metathesis polymerization in the presence of such a ruthenium complex compound; and a process for producing hydrogenated product of ring-opened cyclic olefin polymers by hydrogenating the carbon-carbon double bonds of the above ring-opened polymers. The invention gives hydrogenated product of ring-opened cyclic olefin polymers having physical properties different from those of hydrogenated product of ring-opened polymers of the prior art. Particularly, the use of dicyclopentadiene can give a hydrogenated product of ring-opened cyclic olefin polymer excellent in heat resistance, and this product can be advantageously used as parts or formed products for medical appliances or electrical components.

    摘要: Provided is a housing type pipe joint to enable the confirmation of an appropriate fastening degree of a joint and reduce a load of a fastening work. The housing-type pipe joint includes a pair of joint segments, an elastic seal ring, and a fastening means fastening the pair of joint segments, in which the joint segments each have an arc portion, flange portions extending from both ends of the arc portion, a concave groove formed in an inner peripheral surface of the arc portion to have the elastic seal ring fit therein, and in which the fastening means makes the flanges of the both joint segments approach each other to make the arc portions bend so that radii of curvature of the arc portions become smaller, and when, as a result of the bending, peripheral edges of the arc portions match outer surfaces of the pipes that are to be coupled, the coupling of the pipes is completed, the housing-type pipe joint including marks on the peripheral edge regions of the arc portions, wherein, when the peripheral edges of the arc portions corresponding to the marks come into contact with the outer surfaces of the pipes, the coupling of the pipes is completed.
