Abstract: Provided are a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a display area, a non-display area and a polarizer. The non-display area includes a fan-out area and a bonding area arranged in a direction facing away from the display area. The fan-out area includes a first section and a second section. The second section is a bending area. The first section, the second section and the bonding area are arranged in a first direction. A side of the polarizer facing towards the fan-out area is provided with multiple first openings. The bending area and the bonding area are covered with a protective glue which further extends to an edge of the polarizer in the first section.

An edge of the display panel recesses toward the display region to form the notch. The display region includes a first display region and second display regions. The notch and the first display regions are disposed between two second display regions in the first direction and are adjacent in the second direction. The data lines include first data lines in each of the second display regions separated by the notch. Connection lines are disposed surrounding the at least one notch, and each connection line connects two of the first data lines in a same column and on two sides of the notch At least a portion of the connection lines includes first segments disposed in the first display region.

Abstract: Array substrates, motherboards of array substrates, display panels and method for forming display panels are provided. The array substrate includes sub-pixels, data lines, multiple-channel distribution units, X first switch control lines, test units and N second switch control lines. The first output terminals of the X first switch elements of a same multiple distribution unit are connected to the X data lines of the same data line group. The first control terminals of the X first switch elements of each multiple-channel distribution unit are connected to the X first switch control lines. The second output terminals of the second switch elements in a same test unit are electrically connected to the first input end of the first switch elements in the same multiple-channel distribution unit. The second control terminals of the N second switch elements in each test unit are connected to the N second switch control lines.

Abstract: An electronic device, a display panel, and a method for manufacturing the display panel are provided. The display panel includes a substrate, and data fan-out lines and a power supply fan-out line arranged in a step region of the substrate. An orthographic projection of an overlapping region between the power supply fan-out line and the encapsulating region on the substrate is non-overlapping with an orthographic projection of an overlapping region between each of the data fan-out lines and the encapsulating region on the substrate, thereby reducing the encapsulating failure of the sealant due to a common overlapping region of the to data fan-out lines and the power supply fan-out line in the encapsulating region, and improving the reliability of the display panel.

Abstract: A display panel, a method for detecting the same, and a display device are provided. The display panel has a display area provided with data lines therein, and a non-display area provided with fan-out lines, a crack detection line, multiplexers, a first crack detection switch, and a crack detection control signal line therein. The crack detection line includes first and second detection sub-lines connected to each other. The first detection sub-line and the second detection sub-line are respectively connected to an input terminal of the first crack detection switch and a crack detection signal terminal. An output terminal of the demultiplexer is electrically connected to n data lines. An input terminal of the first demultiplexer is connected to an output terminal of the first crack detection switch and one fan-out line, and a control terminal of the first crack detection switch is connected to the crack detection control signal line.

By arranging positions of first transmission pads and second transmission pads, and setting areas of first film layers in the first transmission pads to be less than those of second film layers, when the first transmission pads and the second transmission pads are disposed oppositely, fully-opened openings are formed between the two pads, so that it is convenient to fill spaces between the first transmission pads and the second transmission pads with conductive components to allow the first transmission pads be electrically connected with the second transmission pads through the conductive components, guaranteeing an effective electrical connection between the first transmission pads and the second transmission pads and then ensuring signal transmission via first wires and second wires through the first transmission pads and the second transmission pads.
