Abstract: A porous bionic skull repairing material includes a polymer material, whose structure is consistent with that of a human skull. The surface layers of the porous bionic skull repairing material are dense layers which are composed of non-degradable or degradable polymer materials and has blind holes having an asymmetric structure, and the inner layer of the porous bionic skull repairing material is a loose layer which has a porous structure. The repairing material can be molded by adopting a mixed mould pressing method or a 3D printing method, simulates a bone structure, with two dense sides and a loose middle, of a human skull to the greatest extent.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a medical silicon rubber having high mechanical property and a preparation method thereof. The medical silicon rubber comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50˜90 parts of silicon rubber, 10˜50 parts of polyurethane, 10˜50 parts of fillers, 2˜6 parts of hydrogen-containing silicon oil and 2˜5 parts of a vulcanizing agent. The preparation method comprises: evenly mixing a part of fillers with silicon rubber in an internal mixer for later use, and evenly mixing the other part of fillers with polyurethane in the internal mixer; and mixing the mixed polyurethane on an open type rubber refining machine, then successively adding hydrogen-containing silicon oil, the evenly mixed silicon rubber and the vulcanizing agent into the open type rubber refining machine many times by small portions, and finally vulcanizing the mixed rubber on a plate rubber vulcanizing machine for 5˜15 min at 150˜190° C.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a medical sealant glue capable of promoting wound healing and a preparation method thereof. The medical sealant glue is formed by covalent cross-linking of two components after being physically mixed by a mixing tool, wherein the first component is a nucleophilic component, and the second component is an electrophilic component. The medical sealant glue has a gelation time of 1-10 s, a swelling ratio of 0-100%, a bursting strength of 100-250 mmHg, and a degradation time of 0.5-300 days. The nucleophilic component of the medical sealant glue contains exosome or hyaluronic acid and chitosan, and thus the medical sealant glue not only has the effect of promoting wound healing, but also has antibacterial and anti-infection effects.
