Abstract:
A system for the mutual adjustment of two drive shafts connected by means of a cardanic shaft is described, the first shaft being actuated by a machine by means of a power take-off being connected to a cardanic shaft, said cardanic shaft being connected to a second shaft being a power take-off of a mitre gear box of a crusher/tiller, the mitre gear box actuating at least one machine tool. According to the invention the mitre gear box is connected to the chassis of the crusher/tiller by means of two small arms in order to allow both a rotation about one axis and a transverse movement controlled by a tilting and rotation sensor.
Abstract:
A tool for tilling and comminuting in a tool carrier with rotor which is rotatable about the rotor axis, the tool is received in a receptacle of the tool carrier arranged on the rotor. The receptacle is formed by a first face provided in the cutting direction and second face on which the tool is fastened by means of its face which faces away from the cutting direction, the tool has a body which has an end face in the direction of rotation of the rotor and a rear face opposite the end face. The rear face is inclined by 1° to 10° with respect to the end face and the tool is braced and held between the face in the cutting direction of the receptacle and the face of the receptacle that faces away from the cutting direction, play is left between the tool and receptacle base.
Abstract:
A machine with a tool rotor (100) comprising at least two hydraulic motors (112, 122), which are connected to each other and may be connected via at least one inlet conduit (201, 203,) and at least one outlet conduit (202, 204) with a hydraulic source of a machine (200) that carries and/or tows the machine (200) (100) and each hydraulic motor is respectively connected, via a taper roller bearing (111, 123) that supports a respective shaft (104, 107), with a belt drive (102, 103) that drives a shaft (108) of a tool rotor respectively connected to one end of the shaft (108) of the tool rotor (101). At least one distributor is interposed between the hydraulic motors, and remote electronic adjustment of displacement/volume of at least one hydraulic motor is controlled.
Abstract:
A machine for shredding/cutting (200), in particular for biomass and the like, comprising a frame (201) in which a tool holder rotor (100) is rotatably mounted on and which a number of tools (103) are arranged. The tools (103) are arranged in conduits (105) which are formed by side walls (104) and are arranged in a conduit (105) in which at least one inclined deflection element (102) is arranged in front of a tool, and wherein deflection elements (202) are arranged opposite the conduits (105) on the frame (201).
