The first capacitor is disposed to overlap the transistor in plan view.

    摘要: An optical module includes a first electro-optical device including a first pixel, a second electro-optical device including a second pixel and a third pixel, and a prism. An area of the second pixel is larger than an area of the first pixel, and an area of the third pixel is smaller than the area of the second pixel. A width of the third pixel in a direction corresponding to a first direction in a synthesized image is not less than 0.5 times and less than 1 time a width of the first pixel in the direction corresponding to the first direction, and a width of the third pixel in a direction corresponding to a second direction in the synthesized image is 0.5 times or more and less than 1 time a width of the first pixel in the direction corresponding to the second direction.

    摘要: Subpixels of R, G, and B corresponding to a scanning line as a first conductive layer extended in a row direction and a data transfer line as a second conductive layer extended in a column direction are provided. A plurality of transistors in the subpixel of each of the colors is disposed along the column direction, and a reflective layer in the subpixel of at least one color is disposed along the row direction so as to overlap any transistor of subpixels of each display color. A center position of a disposition region of a reflective layer in one pixel unit including the subpixels of R, G, and B is different from a center position of a disposition region of a transistor in one pixel unit.

    摘要: Reflection layers are arranged for respective pixels with predetermined intervals in a row direction (X direction) and a column direction (Y direction) in a display region, and, subsequently to the display region, are arranged in the same manner with the predetermined intervals in the row direction (X direction) and the column direction (Y direction) also in a peripheral region around the display region. First electrodes, first light path adjusting layers, and second light path adjusting layers are arranged for the respective pixels in the display region, and are arranged so as to correspond to the respective reflection layers also in the peripheral region. The respective reflection layers are partially connected to each other in the peripheral region and are electrically connected to a second electrode at a cathode potential.
