摘要: A method for performing an aperture plate comprises providing a mandrel that is constructed of a mandrel body having a conductive surface and a plurality of non-conductive islands disposed on the conductive surface. The mandrel is placed within a solution containing a material that is to be deposited onto the mandrel. Electrical current is applied to the mandrel to form an aperture plate on the mandrel, with the apertures having an exit angle that is in the range from about 30° to about 60°.

摘要: A banking system operates to provide vault access responsive to authorizing data read from data bearing records. The system selectively permits authorized individuals to access safety deposit boxes located in an interior area of the vault. An individuals's personal mobile device can wirelessly communicate user identifying data to a data reader of the system. A system data store includes data corresponding to authorized users of the vault. A system computer operates to cause a vault gate lock to electronically change from a locked condition to an unlocked condition in response to the data reader wirelessly receiving from the personal mobile device, user identifying data associated in the system data store with an authorized user of the vault.

摘要: Apparatus that includes alarms with indicators to prevent burglary and theft includes a depository (10) operative to receive deposit containers (20) from authorized persons who open a lock (24). The apparatus includes a depository head (12) and a chest (14). A security curtain assembly (36) comprising a plurality of movable plate members is operative to selectively block an opening in the top of the chest that communicates with the head in response to an actuator. The actuator operates responsive to at least one circuit to cause the security curtain to close responsive to sensing conditions that may correspond to an attack through one or more sensors. Alarms are given locally or remotely when the at least one circuit senses conditions that may correspond to an attack.

摘要: A collapsible solar system includes a frame structure and a sunlight tracking arrangement. The frame structure includes a supporting base adapted for mounting on a platform and a solar panel pivotally coupling with a rotational frame which is rotatably supported on the supporting base. The solar panel is pivotally folded between a stored position that the solar panel is laid flat on the platform, and a tracking position that the solar panel is pivotally folded at an inclination angle to be perpendicular to the direction of the sun. The sunlight tracking arrangement includes a horizontal driving unit selectively adjusting a horizontal direction of the solar panel, and a vertical driving unit pivotally lifting up the solar panel until the solar panel is pivotally folded at the inclination angle to be perpendicular to the direction of the sun.

摘要: A method of cleaning papermaking felt by applying a low concentration of a cleaning solution through the oscillating needle nozzles. The detergent is applied intermittently while paper is being manufactured. Each cleaning period lasts for at least the length of time required for the nozzles to cover the entire surface of the felt, and preferably twice that period of time. The application of cleaning solution is then discontinued for a period of time, generally equal to the time the cleaning detergent is applied to the felt. This cycle is repeated continuously as the paper is being manufactured. The chemistry of the cleaning solution can be changed, for example, from acidic to basic, alternately, to enhance cleaning performance.

摘要: A monitoring system for detecting a low-charge condition in a heat-exchange system is provided. The monitoring system has a first set of sensors located at the outlet of a compressor of the heat-exchange system. The first set of sensors monitor a plurality of first parameters. Based on the plurality of first parameters, a processor determines the low-charge condition in the heat-exchange system.
