The sulfate-resistant cement may contain calcium magnesium aluminum oxide silicate, brownmillerite, dolomite, periclase, and quartz. The composition may contain the fly ash in an amount in the range of 10 to 40 wt. %. The sulfate-resistant cement may contain the calcium magnesium aluminum oxide silicate in an amount of the range of 45 to 60 wt. %.

The cement compositions are of from 10 weight percent to 70 weight percent of a cement precursor based on the total weight of the cement composition, from 5 weight percent to 70 weight percent water based on the total weight of the cement composition, and from 0.001 percent by weight of cement (BWOC) to 1.0 percent BWOC the cement dispersant. The cement dispersant provides improved rheological properties, allowing for good cement dispensing and increased presence of weighting agents.

摘要: Lost circulation material (LCM) compositions may include an epoxy resin, an emulsifier comprising a polyaminated fatty acid, water, a crosslinker, and an optional cementitious and/or weighting agent. These LCM compositions may have a density of from about 63 pounds per cubic foot (pcf) to about 99 pcf and may be capable of being injected through a drill bit of a drill string into a lost circulation zone in wellbores. Corresponding methods of eliminating or reducing lost circulation in a lost circulation zone from a well may include introducing these LCM compositions into the well.
