    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a 5G communication system or a 6G communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4G communication system such as long term evolution (LTE). A method of transmitting or receiving a signal by a user equipment (UE) in a mobile communication system is provided. The method may include: identifying a neural network model for transmitting first information to a base station (BS); learning a connection weight of the neural network model using the first information; transmitting, to the base station, second information for updating a weight of a second partial neural network corresponding to the base station based on a result of the learning; and updating a weight of a first partial neural network corresponding to the UE based on the result of the learning.

    Abstract: A method, performed by a first base station, of sharing a frequency resource with a second base station in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes transmitting, to channel measurement target terminals determined from among terminals communicating with the first base station using first frequency resources, information instructing to transmit a signal for channel measurement to the second base station; transmitting, to the second base station, information indicating that the signal for channel measurement is to be transmitted from the channel measurement target terminals; receiving, from the second base station, measurement information about channels between the second base station and the channel measurement target terminals; determining a shared frequency resource to be shared with the second base station from among the first frequency resources, based on the measurement information about the channels between the second base station and the channel measurement target terminals; and transmitting information about the shared frequency resource to the second base station.

A base station for transceiving a signal in a wireless communication system includes a transceiver and at least one processor. The transceiver includes an antenna unit and a metamaterial unit.     Abstract: A method for transmitting and receiving channel state information at a terminal of a mobile communication system according to an embodiment of the preset specification comprises the steps of: determining at least one of first precoding information and first rank information corresponding to a first dimension; receiving, from a base station, a reference signal corresponding to a second dimension; determining at least one of second precoding information and second rank information corresponding to the second dimension, on the basis of the reference signal; and transmitting, to the base station, channel state information which has been determined on the basis of at least one of the first precoding information, the first rank information, the second precoding information and the second rank information. According to an embodiment of the present specification, it is possible to correctly transmit and receive pre-coding information and channel state information at a terminal and a base station including a plurality of antennas, and to reduce an overhead occurring at the time of transmission and reception.
