The present invention relates to a method, packet data network gateway (PGW), and server in a mobile communication system. and device for controlling charging in a mobile communication system. The method by a PGW in a mobile communication system includes identifying data usage information associated with a specific service for a terminal, determining whether the data usage information satisfies a predetermined condition, and transmitting a notification message including the data usage information if the data usage information satisfies the predetermined condition, to a policy and charging rules function (PCRF) entity. The data usage information is used to display a message in the terminal.

The present invention relates to a method and terminal in a mobile communication system. The method includes transmitting a first sponsor service request to a first server, receiving a sponsor coupon and information corresponding to a second server from the first server in response to the first sponsor service request, transmitting the received sponsor coupon to an entity in a network, receiving a sponsor coupon validation result, which is used to charge a service provider for a sponsor service, from the entity, and transmitting a second sponsor service request to the second server.

A method and an apparatus are provided in a wireless communication system. Mobility history information is generated including information on a time duration corresponding to out-of-service. It is identified whether the terminal is in a radio resource control (RRC) connected mode. The mobility history information is transmitted to a base station if the terminal is in the RRC connected mode.

The present invention relates to a method and terminal in a mobile communication system. The method includes transmitting a sponsor service request to a first server of a service provider, receiving a sponsor coupon from the first server, transmitting the received sponsor coupon to an entity of an operator, receiving a sponsor coupon validation result message from the entity, and transmitting a request for a sponsor service to a second server of the service provider. The sponsor coupon is used for the operator to charge the service provider for the sponsor service.

The image sensors may include a substrate including first, second, third and fourth regions, a first photoelectric conversion element in the first region, a second photoelectric conversion element in the second region, a third photoelectric conversion element in the third region, a fourth photoelectric conversion element in the fourth region, a first microlens at least partially overlapping both the first and second photoelectric conversion elements, and a second microlens at least partially overlapping both the third and fourth photoelectric conversion elements. The image sensors may also include a floating diffusion region and first, second and third pixel transistors configured to perform different functions from each other. Each of the first, second and third pixel transistors may be disposed in at least one of first, second, third and fourth pixel regions. The first pixel transistor may include multiple first pixel transistors.

The method includes generating mobility history information upon entering an evolved universal mobile telecommunications system (UMTS) radio access network (E-UTRAN) from another radio access technology (RAT), the mobility history information including information on a time duration for which the terminal stayed outside of the E-UTRAN; receiving, from a base station, a request for the mobility history information; and transmitting the mobility history information to the base station, in response to the request.

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and method for establishing connection between a User Equipment (UE) and a Mobility Management Entity (MME) in the wireless communication system in which the data-centric terminal requests the mobility management entity for attachment and checks, when the mobility management entity responds, data-centric features supported by the mobility management entity. According to the present invention, it is possible to connect the data-centric terminal to the mobility management entity supporting the data-centric features of the corresponding data-centric terminal efficiently in the wireless communication system.
