    Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a display, a communication circuit, at least one memory, and at least one processor. The at least one memory can store instructions which, when executed, instruct the at least one processor to store, in the at least one memory, information about at least one marketing point of interest received from a first server through the communication circuit, identify, on the basis of first location information of the electronic device, at least one nearby marketing point of interest located near the electronic device among the at least one marketing point of interest, set, as a target geofence, a nearby marketing point of interest which satisfies a designated condition among the at least one nearby marketing point of interest, and display marketing information, corresponding to the target geofence, on the display in response to it being discerned that the electronic device has entered the target geofence.

    Abstract: Various embodiments of the disclosure relate to providing low latency communication for an extended reality service in an electronic device. A method of operating the electronic device may comprise: based on a first value of quality of service (QoS) requested by an extended reality (XR) application stored in the electronic device, establishing a first communication connection corresponding to the first value for receiving data regarding an XR service from an XR server; based on a change of a value of the QoS from the first value to a second value, maintaining the first communication connection and establishing a second communication connection corresponding to the second value; and receiving data regarding the XR service from the XR server through the second communication connection, wherein the second communication connection can comprise one of a radio access technology (RAT) different from the first communication connection and a bearer different from the first communication connection.

    Abstract: An electronic device according to an embodiment of the disclosure may include a display, a communication module, a sensor module, and a first processor. The first processor is configured to: identify location information of the electronic device, identify whether the location information of the electronic device is within a first area, transmit a first message when the identified location information of the electronic device is within the first area, receive a first response message, display at least a part of information included in the first response message on the display, re-identify the location information of the electronic device, identify whether the re-identified location information of the electronic device is out of a second area, and delete the information displayed on the display when the re-identified location information of the electronic device is out of the second area. Other embodiments are also possible.

    Abstract: According to an embodiment, an electronic device may include: a cellular communication module; a Wi-Fi communication module; a sensor module; a first processor; a second processor; and a memory. The memory may store first instructions that, when executed, cause the first processor to recognize a change in a user state to a measurement state to perform positioning, based on data received from the sensor module or the cellular communication module, determine a time at which the positioning is to be performed, based on the change, and transmit a timing notification to the second processor corresponding to the time at which the positioning is performed. The memory may store second instructions that, when executed, cause the second processor to measure a first position of the electronic device using the Wi-Fi communication module, in response to the timing notification. In addition, various other embodiments may be provided.
