Abstract:
An apparatus and method for providing a contact address based on context information and an indication of a recommended contact and a preferred communication channel for reaching the recommended contact. The indication is based on pre-stored context information that matches the current context information. The communication channel may be one of a social networking service (SNS), a mobile phone number, a home phone number, a business phone number, a short message services (SMS), and a multimedia message service (MMS). The method may include: detecting, by an electronic device, current context information of the electronic device; comparing the current context information with prestored context information; and outputting an indication of a recommended contact and a preferred communication channel for reaching the recommended contact, wherein the indication is output based on the prestored context information matching the current context information.
Abstract:
A method of operating an electronic device and the electronic device are provided. The method includes mounting at least one lower file system, which is configured to generate a file object managing a page cache, and mounting a highest file system, to which a virtual file system directly accesses, at a higher layer of a layer corresponding to the lower file system; in response to a file mapping request of a software program, generating a virtual memory area including a virtual address for a file corresponding to the file mapping request; and generating a first virtual address link between a file object of at least one lower file system having a page cache of a file corresponding to the file mapping request and the virtual memory area.
Abstract:
A semiconductor device is provided as follows. A first fin is formed on a first region of a substrate, extending in a first direction. A second fin is formed on a second region of the substrate, extending in a second direction. A first dual liner is formed on a lateral surface of the first fin. The first dual liner includes a first liner and a second liner. The first liner is interposed between the second liner and the lateral surface of the first fin. A second dual liner is formed on a lateral surface of the second fin. The second dual liner includes a third liner and a fourth liner. The third liner is interposed between the fourth liner and the lateral surface of the second fin. An epitaxial layer surrounds a top portion of the second fin. The first liner and the third liner have different thicknesses.
Abstract:
A semiconductor apparatus includes a debugging processor that performs a debugging operation related to at least one selected intellectual property (IP) block from among a plurality of IP blocks. The debugging processor includes a debugging executing unit, a secure mode setting unit, and a debugging secure unit. The debugging executing unit disables a secure mode in response to a first control signal having a first value and performs the debugging operation related to the at least one selected IP block based on input data. The secure mode setting unit generates, in response to a second control signal, an enable signal for instructing re-enabling of the secure mode regardless of whether the semiconductor apparatus is powered off. The debugging secure unit generates the first control signal having the first value when the input data is verified data.
Abstract:
A method for operating a Base Station (BS) in a wireless communication system is provided. The method comprises of receiving at least one request set for at least one neighboring cell, from at least one Mobile Station (MS), updating the at least one request set based at least in part on a serving band of each MS, and transmitting the updated at least one request set to the at least one neighboring cell, wherein the request set comprises a band and a Precoding Matrix Index (PMI) for making a use restriction or recommendation request to a neighboring cell.
Abstract:
