A semiconductor device may include: a bus; first and second modules configured to communicate via the bus; and/or an encryption module configured to use different encryption policies for first data, which is output from the first module and stored in a memory, and second data, which is output from the second module and stored in the memory.
Abstract:
There is provide a method for manufacturing analytical semiconductor samples by using an apparatus for manufacturing analytical semiconductor samples, which minimizes a feedback time by manufacturing a viewing surface that is environment-friendly and has a large area. The method comprising mounting the analytical semiconductor samples to a holder; discharging deionized (DI) water to an upper surface of a polishing plate through a DI water nozzle; grinding the analytical semiconductor samples with the upper surface of the polishing plat; determining whether a desired viewing surface of the analytical semiconductor samples has been acquired after the grinding of the analytical semiconductor samples; and transferring the analytical semiconductor samples to analyze the viewing surface of the ground analytical semiconductor samples based on a determination that the desired viewing surface of the analytical semiconductor samples has been acquired.

Abstract:
A refrigerator includes an ice making chamber having an ice making tray, an ice making chamber refrigerant pipe to supply cool air to the ice making tray, and an ice making chamber circulation fan to circulate air in the ice making chamber. A control method to prevent frost from being formed in the ice making chamber includes determining whether temperature of the ice making chamber is lower than a predetermined temperature; and driving the ice making chamber circulation fan to prevent frost from being formed in the ice making chamber upon determining that the temperature of the ice making chamber is lower than the predetermined temperature. Driving the ice making chamber circulation fan to prevent frost includes driving the ice making chamber circulation fan for a predetermined period of time when the temperature of the ice making chamber is lower than the predetermined temperature.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A locking apparatus of an ice bucket of a refrigerator capable of simplifying the structure of the ice bucket while preventing the cool air of the ice making compartment from leaking and the ice bucket from being shaken, the refrigerator including a locking apparatus accommodating portion formed at a lower portion of the ice making compartment, a lever hingedly coupled to the locking apparatus accommodating portion, and an elastic member configured to elastically bias the lever, wherein the lever is configured to interfere with a locking projection of the ice bucket, and a button portion configured to adjust the position of the locking protrusion by rotating the lever, wherein a gasket mounting portion formed around an opening portion of the ice making compartment is formed to be extended to the inner side of the ice making compartment to make contact with the gasket mounting portion in a two-area contact manner.
Abstract:
A dish washer with an improved flow channel of air passing through an adsorbent includes a tub to wash dishes, a drying device to supply air into the tub to dry the dishes, and an adsorbent case provided in the drying device. The adsorbent case includes an inner space in which an adsorbent to adsorb moisture contained in air in the tub is provided, and at least one mesh unit located in the inner space to form a flow channel of air passing through the adsorbent. The flow channel is formed in the adsorbent using the mesh unit to reduce flow resistance of air flowing through the adsorbent. Air rapidly passes through the flow channel, thereby reducing drying time.
