    Abstract: The disclosure provides a communication method, a base station, a user equipment, and a storage medium in a communication system supporting a carrier aggregation (CA). The method comprises identifying ratio information for a plurality of carriers for a user equipment (UE) from at least one candidate ratio information based on a total carrier transmission capacity of the plurality of carriers. The method comprises determining a transmit power for each carrier based on the target power allocation ratio information. The method comprises receiving, from the UE, uplink signals according to the transmit power for each carrier. The ratio information for the plurality of carriers includes a power allocation ratio for each carrier. The total carrier transmission capacity of the plurality of carriers comprises a sum of transport block sizes of individual carriers in the plurality of carriers. The above method performed by the base station or UE can be performed using an artificial intelligence model.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a 5th Generation (5G) or 6th Generation (6G) communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a carrier management method, a resource allocation method and related devices, relating to the technical field of communication. The carrier management method comprises: receiving an access request from a user equipment (UE); and, determining, from candidate component carriers (CCs), a primary cell (Pcell) of the UE based on the per-resource block (RB) throughput corresponding to each candidate CC. The resource allocation method comprises: acquiring at least one candidate allocation strategy for allocating service data to be allocated to at least one candidate CC; determining throughout information and transmission delay related information corresponding to the at least one candidate allocation strategy; determining a target allocation strategy based on the throughput information and the transmission delay related information; and, allocating the service data to be allocated based on the target allocation strategy. In accordance with the embodiments of the present disclosure, it is advantageous to improve the transmission efficiency. Moreover, the methods executed by electronic devices can be executed by artificial intelligence models.
