The present disclosure provides a method and mobile terminal apparatus for displaying a specialized guide image over a preview image, which facilitates communication and capture of a desired photographic composition. A preview image is displayed on a screen. A guide request is detected and, in response, a background guide image is automatically generated from a frame of the preview image. The background guide image is displayed over the preview image.

Disclosed is a method of delivering policy information for offloading between different types of wireless communication systems by a first electronic device. The method includes: performing a tethering function; determining whether to release the tethering function; identifying a first electronic device connected based on the tethering function when the tethering function is released; delivering policy information for offloading between different types of wireless communication systems to the identified first electronic device; and releasing the tethering function after delivering the policy information to the first electronic device.

The present invention relates to a method by which an electronic device including a biosensor obtains biometric information in a section in which image data is not transmitted to a display. An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: a display; a biosensor formed in at least a portion of the display; and a processor functionally connected with the display, and the biosensor, wherein the processor can extend a blank section of a reference signal, which is any one of a plurality of signals for driving the display in a state of sensing the biometric information of a user, and can drive the biosensor in the extended blank section of the reference signal so as to sense the biometric information of the user. A mobile terminal for storing supplementary information together with a captured screen when the mobile terminal captures a screen displayed on a display unit, and a controlling method thereof is provided. The method of controlling a mobile terminal including a display unit includes capturing a screen of a process displayed on the display unit, extracting supplementary information associated with the process displayed on the display unit, and storing the extracted supplementary information together with the captured screen, as a captured image.

The method includes monitoring a tethering including monitoring a tethering state using a first data flow connected to a first backhaul in a tethering group, determining whether a new data flow is added according to the monitored tethering state, selecting an auxiliary terminal including a second backhaul from among one or more terminals in the tethering group and generating a second data flow connected to the second backhaul, and configuring one of the first data flow and the second data flow according to the tethering state and a state of data that is to be transmitted through one of the first data flow and the second data flow.
