Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a motor assembly and a cleaner having the same. The motor assembly includes a rotor configured to rotate and a stator configured to electromagnetically interact with the rotor. The stator includes a pair of stator bodies disposed to be symmetrical to each other with the rotor in between, each stator body having at least two stator cores arranged in parallel to each other.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a motor and a washing machine including the same. The motor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a hall sensor which is positioned on the upper surface of a rotor and detects the position of a magnet provided in the rotor by using the leakage magnetic flux of the magnet, and thereby can accurately detect the position of the rotor by the hall sensor.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a rotor and a method of manufacturing the rotor. The rotor includes a rotor assembly including magnets and rotor cores, and a molding unit including a first molding unit disposed by being firstly injection molded to support the rotor assembly before the magnets are magnetized and a second molding unit disposed by being secondly injection molded to support the rotor assembly after the magnets are magnetized.
Abstract:
A motor realizes mechanical field-weakening control by controlling the leakage magnetic flux from the rotor cores of the motor. The motor includes a stator, a rotor including rotor cores circumferentially spaced apart from one another inside the stator and permanent magnets disposed between the respective rotor cores which extend radially from the stator, and a magnetic flux adjustment unit including a ring-shaped main frame, magnetic substance portions extending from the main frame so as to be circumferentially spaced apart from one another and non-magnetic regions defined between the magnetic substance portions. The magnetic flux adjustment unit is rotatable to control the leakage magnetic flux from the rotor cores.
Abstract:
A motor assembly having an internal channel passing an interior of a rotor, and a method for producing the same are provided. The motor assembly includes an adhesive flowing along the internal channel, and the rotor can be firmly coupled and improving durability and production efficiency of the rotor.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a washing machine having an improved structure that maintains efficiency over a certain level both in washing and dehydration. The washing machine includes a body, a tub disposed within the body, a drum rotatably disposed within the tub, and a motor coupled to a rear surface of the tub to drive the drum. The motor includes a stator including a plurality of stator cores and a plurality of magnets arranged between the stator cores, and a rotor rotatably disposed at an inner side or outer side of the stator.
