Abstract:
An electronic device and a method for automatically displaying an indication in a multi-dimensional media in the electronic device are provided. The method includes receiving the multi-dimensional media at the electronic device, displaying a first view port of the multi-dimensional media on a screen of the electronic device, detecting at least one region of interest (ROI) in the multi-dimensional media based on plurality of parameters, and displaying an indication indicating at least one second view port of the multi-dimensional media on the screen. The second view port includes at least one ROI.
Abstract:
A method and an electronic device are provided for generating a still image from a video file. The electronic device includes an image sensor, a display, and a controller configured to generate a video file from an image signal input through the image sensor, assign frame characteristics to each frame included in the video file, selectively display at least one of the frames on the display, receive a selection of a frame among the displayed at least one of the frames, and generate a still image from the selected frame.
Abstract:
An image processing apparatus and an image processing method are provided. The image processing apparatus includes an image capturer configured to capture a plurality of images having different zoom levels, a storage configured to store the plurality of image, a display configured to display a first image among the plurality of images, and a processor configured to control the display to display a second image among the plurality of images based on a control input, the second image having a zoom level different from a zoom level of the first image.
Abstract:
Optimal network resource consumption by dynamically controlling media bursts in Simultaneous PoC (Push-To-X (Push-To-Voice/Video/etc.) Over Cellular) calls. Embodiments disclosed herein relate to wireless communication networks, and more particularly to PoC calls performed using wireless communication networks. Embodiments herein disclose methods and systems for optimal network resource consumption by dynamically controlling media bursts, when a user is participating in simultaneous PoC sessions. Embodiments herein disclose methods and systems for optimal network resource consumption by enabling a user to selectively enable/disable multiple PoC sessions using MBCP “Activate” and “Deactivate” messages.
Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method of key-management by a group management server in Mission Critical Systems (MCX) between an initiating party and a receiving party is provided. The method comprises generating a master key, the master key being designated for an ad-hoc communication, allocating an identifier to the generated master key, and transmitting a transmission message signed by an initiating MCX entity including the master key to a receiving MCX entity.
Abstract:
A method of an electronic device for automatically focusing on a moving object is provided. The method includes generating, by a processor, at least one focal code based on information comprising depth information of the moving object obtained using at least one previous position of the moving object, focusing, by the processor, on at least one portion of the moving object based on the at least one focal code, and capturing, by a sensor, at least one image of the moving object comprising the at least one portion of the moving object.
Abstract:
The various embodiments of the present invention disclose an image processing method and system for capturing a refocusable image set. The method comprises of segmenting a field of view into a plurality of grids, determining a sharpness level associated with each of the plurality of grids, identifying one or more regions based on the determined sharpness level of each of the plurality of grids, each region comprising one or more of the plurality of grids and capturing an image associated with each of the identified one or more regions to form the refocusable image set. The method further comprises of detecting a refocusing action on an object, in the field of view, having an associated illumination level and varying the associated illumination level of the object based on the detection.
