The semiconductor package molding device includes a chamber lower part which comprises a lower mold configured to receive a molding target, a chamber upper part configured to engage with the chamber lower part to isolate the inside of a chamber from the outside of the chamber, the chamber upper part including an upper mold configured to form a cavity with the lower mold, a first vent hole located between the chamber upper part and the chamber lower part, the first vent hole configured to discharge gas from the inside of the cavity after the chamber upper part and the chamber lower part engage with each other, a pot which is formed in the lower mold in the chamber lower part, a plunger configured to push up a molding material in the pot, a second vent hole which is formed in a side surface of the pot in the chamber lower part and a cavity vacuum pump configured to discharge gas through the first vent hole and the second vent hole.

Disclosed is a washing machine including a main body, a main washing unit provided inside the main body, and a door unit for opening and closing a main entrance formed in the main body to approach the main washing unit. The door unit includes a main door and an auxiliary door. The main door includes an auxiliary washing unit, an auxiliary entrance for inputting laundry into the auxiliary washing unit, and an opening through which the contents of the auxiliary washing unit are discharged. The auxiliary door is rotatably coupled to the main door to open and close the auxiliary entrance. When the auxiliary door is opened, the auxiliary door closes the opening to form an auxiliary washing space in which water is able to be contained. When the auxiliary door is closed after the hand-washing, the opening is opened to discharge the laundry and the washing water in the auxiliary laundry space to the main washing unit naturally.

A load power monitoring apparatus and method use a power line communication apparatus and method. The power line communication apparatus is capable of performing power line communication through a simple circuit structure by loading a data signal on a current signal supplied over the power line. The power line communication apparatus includes a transmission unit configured to generate a data signal using the current signal, which is supplied through the power line, as a carrier wave, and to transmit the data signal through the power line, and a reception unit configured to receive the data signal, which is generated by the transmission unit, through the power line.

The disclosed washing machine comprises: a cabinet having an opening; a water tank provided inside the cabinet and storing washing water; a washing tub provided inside the water tank in a rotatable manner and defining a washing space, the washing tub including a balancer that is provided at one side of the washing tub and includes a drain formed on at least a portion of the periphery thereof; and a separating plate mounted to the washing tub in a separable manner so as to selectively divide the washing space of the washing tub into a first washing space and a second washing space.

An electronic device comprises a camera module and an image signal processor. The camera module generates and outputs gyro data and frame data for an input image. The image signal processor comprises a motion vector module which calculates motion vector information, a gyro-based motion estimator which extracts camera rotation information of the camera module from the gyro data, a motion vector-based motion estimator which extracts frame rotation information from the frame data, an optical image stabilization (OIS) two-dimensional (2D) translation information estimator which estimates OIS 2D translation information based on the motion vector information, the camera rotation information, and the frame rotation information, and a camera path optimizer which filters out a low-frequency component from the OIS 2D translation information and calculates stabilized camera motion information of the camera module using the filtered OIS 2D translation information and the camera rotation information.
