Abstract: A scheduling apparatus and a method for interference control in a mobile communication system supporting a carrier aggregation or dual connectivity or multi-connectivity technology in which a terminal uses a plurality of frequency resources at the same time are provided. Specifically, a first base station in a wireless communication system includes a transceiver and a processor connected to the transceiver and configured to obtain resource information of a second base station transmitted by the second base station, determine a resource assignment pattern based on the resource information of the second base station, assign uplink (UL) resources of the LTE base station for an UL channel based on the resource assignment pattern to reduce interference, and assign uplink (UL) resources of the first base station for an UL channel based on the resource assignment pattern to reduce interference.

A proposed method for a base station to transmit information controlling configuration of an uplink (UL) secondary component carrier (SCC) corresponding to a secondary cell in a wireless communication system supporting carrier aggregation (CA) includes identifying first information associated with an uplink electric field of a primary cell, transmitting measurement configuration information associated with the secondary cell to a terminal, receiving a measurement report message associated with the secondary cell from the terminal, identifying second information associated with a downlink electric field of the secondary cell based on the measurement report message, and transmitting the information controlling configuration of the UL SCC of the secondary cell to the terminal based on at least one of the first information or the second information.

Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are a method for providing a broadcast service of an MBMS coordination entity (MCE) in a mobile communication system, and an MCE for performing the same. The method comprises the steps of: transmitting a terminal counting request message to at least one base station in a multicast-broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) area; receiving a counting result message comprising the number of terminals receiving a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) session for each cell of the base station from the base station; and determining MBMS resource allocation for each cell in the MBSFN area on the basis of the counting result message. In addition, it is possible to provide a base station and a terminal operating together with the MCE, and a method for the operation thereof.
