Abstract: The various embodiments herein disclose methods and systems for uplink scheduling schemes for low-earth orbit (LEO) satellite based Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN). According to an embodiment, a zone-based scheduling (ZBS) scheme is described where the coverage area may be divided into a plurality of zones and independent scheduling-offsets may be allocated for each of the zones. The ZBS scheme improves upon the overall user latency by reducing the K2 and cell offset delay for low-propagation delay users within the NTN cells. At the same time, the impact of differential doppler may also be mitigated with such a zone-based allocation strategy.

The first information block includes UE capability to support selective security and preferred selective security mode. Further, core network entity may determine if RAN and core network entity are capable of supporting the preferred selective security mode. Finally, the core network entity applies the preferred selective security on the one or more incoming data packets based on the encryption status of the incoming data packets, when at least one of RAN and core network entity supports the preferred selective security mode.

Abstract: A method and system for multi-core load scheduling in an operating system (OS) less communication network is disclosed. The method comprises initializing a plurality of threads for processing corresponding functionalities of incoming packets. The method further comprises synchronizing the plurality of initialized threads with each other for simultaneous processing of the one or more incoming packets. The method further comprises determining central processing unit (CPU) load on each of the plurality of cores and an ingress data-rate of one or more incoming data packets. The method further comprises enabling or disabling at least one flag based on the determined load and the ingress data-rate and determining at least one thread based on the enabled flag by the RL agent. The method further comprises processing the corresponding functionalities associated with the one or more incoming packets based on the at least one determined thread.

Abstract: A method for timer management in a radio link control (RLC) layer in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes activating, by an RLC entity, a timer at first time, in response to receiving a first set of data packets from at least one user equipment (UE) in an RLC receiving window and deactivating, by the RLC entity, the timer at second time, in response to receiving a second set of data packets from the at least one UE in the RLC receiving window. Abstract: The present disclosure discloses system and method for managing operations of one or more applications on an electronic device. The method includes monitoring at predefined instants, device parameters associated with the electronic device and user parameters associated with usage of a plurality of applications in the electronic device. Application usage pattern is identified based on the device parameters and the user parameters using predefined techniques. Further, the one or more applications may be clustered into one or more groups using a real-time learning model stored in the electronic device. The learning model is trained dynamically based on the application usage pattern for clustering. The operations of the one or more applications are managed on the electronic device based on the one or more clustered groups.
The disclosure provides a method and a system for improving throughput in wireless communication. The system divides data link layers and/or a physical layer of a network entity and a UE based on a number of parallel data processing supported by the UE. Further, data is processed through the divided set of data link layers and/or the physical layer in parallel and independently for significantly improving the throughput in the UE and the network entity.
