Abstract: A display apparatus including an organic light-emitting display panel and a touch sensing unit disposed on the organic light-emitting display panel is disclosed. The touch sensing unit includes a touch electrode and a wiring part connected to the touch electrode. The wiring part of the touch sensing unit passes a protruding member disposed on a non-display region of the organic light-emitting display panel, and forms a first wiring part which does not overlap the protruding member, a second wiring part overlapping the protruding part, and a connection wiring part disposed between the first and second wiring parts and having a wiring width less than the first and second wiring parts so as to overlap an edge of the protruding member.

Abstract: A display device includes a display area in which red, green, and blue sub-pixels are arranged, and a touch sensing layer including a conductive pattern, the conductive pattern including touch electrodes arranged in a row direction and a column direction in the display area, and trace lines electrically connected to the touch electrodes, respectively, and extending in the column direction in the display area. Here, the conductive pattern includes touch pattern unit blocks arranged along the row direction, each of the touch pattern unit block including some parts of the plurality of trace lines and at least one touch electrode among the plurality of touch electrodes, and the touch pattern unit block has a size corresponding to an integer multiple of a size of a pixel unit block, wherein the pixel unit block is a minimum repetition unit of the red, green, and blue sub-pixels.

Abstract: Provided is an organic light emitting display module including an active area, a pad area, and a boundary area between the active area and the pad area. Unlike the active area and the pad area, since the boundary area does not include an inorganic layer, less stress is applied to the boundary area when the boundary area is bent. Display panel pads and touch sensing member pads are disposed at the same height without having a height difference therebetween. Thus, a dummy pad may be added to remove the height difference between the display panel pads and the touch sensing member pads.

Abstract: Provided is an organic light emitting display module including an active area, a pad area, and a boundary area between the active area and the pad area. Unlike the active area and the pad area, since the boundary area does not include an inorganic layer, less stress is applied to the boundary area when the boundary area is bent. Display panel pads and touch sensing member pads are disposed at the same height without having a height difference therebetween. The display module includes a base layer, a circuit device layer, a display device layer, a thin film encapsulation layer, and a touch sensing layer. An inorganic layer of the touch sensing layer contacts an inorganic layer of the circuit device layer exposed by an organic layer of the circuit device layer. An inorganic layer of the thin film encapsulation layer is disposed between the inorganic layer of the touch sensing layer and the inorganic layer of the circuit device layer to block a moisture penetration path which causes delamination of the thin film encapsulation layer.
