Abstract: A light field display device according to example embodiments includes a lower substrate, a back plane structure on the lower substrate, a first electrode electrically connected to the back plane structure, an organic light emitting layer on the first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode and covering the organic light emitting layer, an encapsulation layer covering the second electrode, a lower alignment layer directly on the encapsulation layer, a liquid crystal layer on the lower alignment layer, the liquid crystal layer including a plurality of micro liquid crystal lenses to constitute a microlens array, a lens electrode on the liquid crystal layer to form an electric field with the second electrode, and an upper substrate on the lens electrode.
