    Abstract: A display device may include an organic light emitting device and an encapsulation member provided on the organic light emitting device to seal the organic light emitting device. The encapsulation member may include a lower encapsulation layer, which is provided on the organic light emitting device and includes oxynitride and nitride, an organic layer provided on the lower encapsulation layer, and an upper encapsulation layer provided on the organic layer. A content of oxynitride in the lower encapsulation layer may increase with decreasing distance from the organic layer.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a base substrate including a hole region including a recessed region and a display, a circuit device layer including insulating layers, each of which has an opening overlapped with the recessed region, a display element layer including an organic light emitting element including a charge control layer, which is between first and second electrodes and is overlapped with the display and hole regions, an encapsulation layer including first and second inorganic encapsulation layers and an organic encapsulation layer therebetween, and a protection inorganic layer between the insulating layers and first inorganic encapsulation layer. The charge control layer may include a first pattern on one of the insulating layers overlapped with the hole region and a second pattern spaced apart from the first pattern and in the recessed region. The protection inorganic layer may cover the first pattern and the second pattern.

    Abstract: A display apparatus including a base layer including a display region and a non-display region; display elements on the display region and including a first electrode, a light emitting layer, and a second electrode on the light emitting layer; and an upper layer on the display elements, wherein the upper layer includes a first organic layer contacting the second electrode; a first inorganic layer contacting the first organic layer; a second organic layer contacting the first inorganic layer; and a second inorganic layer contacting the second organic layer, wherein the first inorganic layer includes a first and second area, the first area having a refractive index of about 1.60 to about 1.65 with respect to a wavelength of about 633 nm, wherein the first area has a uniform thickness, and wherein a thickness of the second area decreases as a distance from the display region increases.
