    Abstract: A display panel inspection equipment is provided. The display panel inspection equipment includes: a panel support on which a display panel is supported; and an imaging device which faces the panel support, wherein the imaging device has an optical path and includes: a lens unit which is provided on a side of the optical path and causes light to enter the imaging device; a sensing unit which is provided on the other side of the optical path and includes a Bayer filter; and a light splitting unit which overlaps at least a part of the optical path, is provided between the lens unit and the sensing unit, and splits the light entering the imaging device into a plurality of beams.

    Abstract: A mura detection device includes an XYZ coordinate system conversion unit which receives a photographed image of a display device and converts the photographed image into XYZ image data according to XYZ chromatic coordinates, a background image generation unit which generates background image data obtained by removing a part of the XYZ image data, a color difference calculation unit which generates color difference image data by comparing the photographed image and the background image data, and a mura data generation unit which calculates a color mura index value using the color difference image data.

    Abstract: A display device is disclosed. The display device may include a first pixel and a second pixel. The first pixel may include a first light emitter and a first color converter overlapping the first light emitter. The second pixel may immediate neighbor the first pixel, may include a second light emitter and a second color converter overlapping the second light emitter. When a distance between the first light emitter and the second light emitter is x and a distance between the first light emitter and the first color converter is y, the following equation is satisfied: y=x×tan θ1 wherein θ1 is (90−θ), and the θ is an included angle between a line perpendicular to a light emitting face of the first light emitter at a point of the light emitting face and a line connecting the point of the light emitting face to any point away from the line perpendicular to the light emitting face, the θ has a range of an angle corresponding a luminance ratio value in the range of 1% with respect to the light emitted from the first light emitter to an angle corresponding a luminance ratio value in the range of 15% with respect to the light emitted from the first light emitter.
