Abstract: A light-emitting device includes: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and an interlayer located between the first electrode and the second electrode and including an emission layer, wherein the interlayer includes a hole transport region located between the first electrode and the emission layer, the hole transport region includes a hole injection layer, the first electrode includes a conductive oxide and a first inorganic material, and the hole injection layer includes a second inorganic material. An electronic apparatus includes the light-emitting device.
