The first circuit substrate covers the opening. The first circuit substrate is connected to the circuit. A second circuit substrate is disposed under the base substrate and overlaps with the first circuit substrate. The second circuit substrate covers the opening. At least one connection pin is disposed in the opening and is configured to connect the first circuit substrate to the second circuit substrate.
