Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, a driving transistor, a switching transistor, a first light absorbing layer, an organic insulating layer, and a sub-pixel structure. The substrate includes a first region and a second region. The driving transistor is disposed in the first region on the substrate. The switching transistor is disposed in the second region on the substrate, and includes a metal-oxide-based semiconductor. The first light absorbing layer is disposed on the driving and switching transistors. The organic insulating layer is disposed directly on the first light absorbing layer. The sub-pixel structure is disposed on the organic insulating layer.

Abstract: A display apparatus includes first, second, and third light-emitting devices on a substrate, an encapsulation layer covering the first through third light-emitting devices, a touch electrode disposed on the encapsulation layer and having a first opening, a second opening, and a third opening, the first opening, the second opening, and the third opening overlapping the first light-emitting device, the second light-emitting device, and the third light-emitting device, respectively, a touch insulating layer on the encapsulation layer, a color filter layer or reflection adjustment layer disposed on the touch insulating layer and also disposed in the second opening of the touch electrode overlapping the second light-emitting device, and a planarization layer. The planarization layer may directly contact an upper surface of the touch insulating layer through the first and third openings.

Abstract: An inkjet printing apparatus includes: a stage, which reciprocates in forward and reverse directions opposite to each other and has a target substrate disposed thereon; an inspection device including a film disposed outside the stage and a measurement unit which measures an inspection pattern provided on the film; and a head assembly, which moves along one direction crossing the forward direction and has a plurality of heads which supplies a liquid composition to the target substrate. The head assembly moves in the one direction to overlap the film and sprays the composition onto the film to form an inspection pattern.
