Abstract: A touch sensor includes: a first insulating layer disposed on a substrate; a plurality of first touch sensing cells disposed on the first insulating layer and coupled to each other in a first direction by first coupling patterns; a plurality of second touch sensing cells disposed on the first insulating layer and coupled to each other in a second direction by second coupling patterns; and a second insulating layer disposed on the first touch sensing cells and the second touch sensing cells. At least one of the first insulating layer or the second insulating layer includes a piezoelectric material.
