    Abstract: An optical sheet includes a first wedge layer having a first refractive index and including a wedge-shaped prism pattern including an inclined surface having an inclination angle with respect to a plane defined by a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and a vertical surface extending in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, a second wedge layer disposed on the first wedge layer and having a second refractive index greater than the first refractive index, and a light blocking pattern disposed between the first wedge layer and the second wedge layer and including a first surface that contacts with the vertical surface and a second surface inclined to have the inclination angle with respect to the plane while contacting with the inclined surface.

    Abstract: A display device includes a base layer, and a pixel layer disposed on the base layer. The pixel layer includes reference pixel units and photo-sensing elements. Each of the reference pixel units includes a first light-emitting element, a second light-emitting element, and a third light-emitting element. Each of the photo-sensing elements is interposed between two second light-emitting elements adjacent to each other in a first direction, and at least one of the first light-emitting element or the third light-emitting element includes a plurality of sub-light-emitting elements electrically connected to each other.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel including a pixel having an emissive area, and a sensor having a sensing area; and an anti-reflection layer on the display panel, the anti-reflection layer including: a light blocking layer having a first opening overlapping with the emissive area, a second opening overlapping with the sensing area, and an intermediate opening between the first opening and the second opening; a color filter covering the first opening; an over-coating layer on the light blocking layer, and covering the color filter; and a light blocking pattern on the over-coating layer, and overlapping with an area between the intermediate opening and the first opening.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, an optical layer disposed on the display panel, a window disposed on the optical layer, and a light control layer. The light control layer is disposed between the display panel and the optical layer or between the optical layer and the window. The light control layer includes a plurality of transmission portions spaced apart from each other and a light blocking portion filled between the transmission portions. A thickness of each of the transmission portions and a width of each of the transmission portions in a cross-section are determined by a function of a refractive index of the transmission portions, and an exit angle of light emitted from the display panel and propagating through the light control layer.
