    Abstract: Provided is a display apparatus including a substrate, a first semiconductor layer disposed on the substrate and including a first active portion, a second active portion, and a first doped portion, a first conductive layer including a first conductive pattern overlapping the first active portion, a second conductive layer including a second conductive pattern and a third conductive pattern, the second conductive pattern overlapping the first conductive pattern, and the third conductive pattern connected to the first doped portion through a first contact hole, a second semiconductor layer disposed on the second conductive layer, and including an upper-first active portion and a second doped portion, a third conductive layer including a first conductive line overlapping the upper-first active portion, and a fourth conductive layer including a fourth conductive pattern electrically connecting the third conductive pattern to the second doped portion.

    Abstract: Provided are a thin-film transistor substrate that has enhanced electrical characteristics, such as off-current characteristics of a thin-film transistor, without increasing the number of mask processes, a display apparatus, and a method of manufacturing the thin-film transistor substrate. The thin-film transistor substrate includes: a semiconductor layer including a first conductive region, a second conductive region, and a first semiconductor region; a lower electrode disposed on the semiconductor layer and at least partially overlapping the first semiconductor region; and an upper electrode disposed on the lower electrode and at least partially overlapping the first semiconductor region, a first boundary between the first semiconductor region and the first conductive region coincides with an edge of the upper electrode, and a second boundary between the first semiconductor region and the second conductive region coincides with an edge of the lower electrode or an edge of the upper electrode.

    Abstract: A pixel includes an organic light emitting diode that is configured to output light based on a driving current, and includes a first terminal and a second terminal. A driving transistor is configured to generate the driving current, and includes a first terminal to which a first power supply voltage and a bias power supply voltage are applied, a second terminal connected to the first terminal of the organic light emitting diode, and a gate terminal to which a first initialization voltage is applied. The first dual gate transistor is connected between the gate terminal of the driving transistor and the second terminal of the driving transistor. The first switching transistor includes a first terminal to which the bias power supply voltage is applied, a second terminal connected to the first terminal of the driving transistor, and a gate terminal to which a light emitting diode initialization signal is applied.
