    Abstract: Provided is a display device including a base layer, a circuit layer above the base layer, and an element layer above the circuit layer, and including a light-emitting element including a first pixel electrode electrically connected to the circuit layer, a light-emitting layer above the first pixel electrode, and a second pixel electrode above the light-emitting layer, and a light-receiving element adjacent to the light-emitting element, and including a first sensing electrode electrically connected to the circuit layer, a photoelectric conversion layer above the first sensing electrode, and a second sensing electrode above the photoelectric conversion layer and having a thickness that is different than a thickness of the second pixel electrode.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel including an active area and a peripheral area adjacent to the active area and including a plurality of pixels overlapping the active area and a scan driving circuit overlapping a portion of each of the active area and the peripheral area. The scan driving circuit is configured to drive the plurality of pixels. A sensing sensor is disposed on the display panel and includes first sensing electrodes and second sensing electrodes overlapping the active area and insulated from each other and sensing lines connected to the first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes. The plurality of pixels include: first pixels that do not overlap the scan driving circuit; and second pixels that overlap the scan driving circuit, wherein at least a portion of the sensing lines overlaps the scan driving circuit.
