Abstract: In a gamma voltage correction method for a display device including a first display area and a second display area, the gamma voltage correction method includes: correcting a gamma voltage for each sub-pixel of the first display area based on measured light characteristics of a first area of the first display area in a plurality of gray levels; and correcting a gamma voltage for each sub-pixel of the second display area based on measured light characteristics of a second area of the first display area around the second display area and measured light characteristics of the second display area in the plurality of gray levels.

Abstract: A display apparatus may include a substrate, a component, a connection wire, a first conductive wire, and a second conductive wire. The substrate may include a first portion, a second portion, and a bent portion. The first portion may be connected through the bent portion to the second portion. The component may be positioned on at least one of the first portion and the bent portion. The connection wire may be positioned on at least the bent portion and electrically connected to the component. The first conductive wire may be formed of a first material and may end at an edge of the substrate. The second conductive wire may be formed of the first material, may be aligned with and electrically insulated from the first conductive wire, and may be electrically connected to the connection wire.

A display device includes a display area including a first pixel, a second pixel disposed along a curved edge of the display area, and a third pixel not corresponding to the curved edge, and a processor configured to drive the first pixel to have a first brightness, drive the second pixel to have a second brightness that is brighter than the first brightness, and drive the third pixel to have a third brightness that is brighter than the second brightness.
