    摘要: Provided is a tire manufacturing feature in which even when an electronic component is embedded in a tire, damage due to impact load during traveling on the road surface is inhibited and the durability of the tire is prevented from deteriorating. A pneumatic tire provided with: a bead reinforcing layer provided in the tire-axial-direction outer side of the carcass of a bead part the bead reinforcing layer reinforcing the bead part from the outer side of the carcass; a clinch member provided on the tire-axial-direction outer side of the bead reinforcing layer; and an electronic device. The clinch member has a rigidity lower than that of the bead reinforcing layer, and the electronic component is embedded between the bead reinforcing layer and the clinch member.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a rubber composition for tire which can improve initial grip performance and stable grip performance during running at a high level while maintaining sufficient abrasion resistance, and a pneumatic tire having a tread composed of this rubber composition for tire. The rubber composition for tire comprises 70 to 200 parts by mass of a filler and 60 to 250 parts by mass of a softener compounding 15 to 60 parts by mass of a predetermined tackifying resin with a softening point of not less than 110° C. based on 100 parts by mass of a diene rubber component comprising not less than 20% by mass of a SBRa having a glass transition temperature of −35 to 15° C., a styrene content of 35 to 48% by mass and a vinyl unit quantity in the butadiene component of 35 to 55%.

    摘要: Provide is a pneumatic tire that is excellent in air retention properties and adhesion at the interface between the innerliner and the insulation, particularly in the joint portion. Included is a pneumatic tire including: a carcass; an insulation adjacent to the radially inner side of the carcass; and an innerliner adjacent to the radially inner side of the insulation, the innerliner including an innerliner rubber composition, the innerliner rubber composition containing a polymer component including, based on 100% by mass thereof, 80 to 100% by mass of a butyl-based rubber and containing, per 100 parts by mass of the polymer component, 40 to 70 parts by mass of carbon black, 0.5 to 5.0 parts by mass of zinc oxide, and 0.2 to 5.0 parts by mass of sulfur, the insulation including an insulation rubber composition, the insulation rubber composition containing a polymer component including, based on 100% by mass thereof, 20 to 90% by mass of a butyl-based rubber and 10 to 80% by mass of an isoprene-based rubber and containing, per 100 parts by mass of the polymer component, 40 to 80 parts by mass of carbon black and 0.2 to 5.0 parts by mass of sulfur, the innerliner and insulation rubber compositions having butyl-based rubber contents based on 100% by mass of the polymer component that satisfy the following relationship: (Butyl-based rubber content of innerliner rubber composition)≥(Butyl-based rubber content of insulation rubber composition).
