Abstract: A display control device includes: an acquisition unit that acquires right hand position information indicating a position of a right hand of a user and left hand position information indicating a position of a left hand of the user of a head mounted display; and a display control unit that: controls the head mounted display to arrange a virtual object having a certain size at the position of the right hand and the position of the left hand based on of the right hand position information and the left hand position information; and controls the head mounted display to change a position of the virtual object independently of a change in a distance between a right hand and a left hand while maintaining a display state of the virtual object.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus provide for acquiring, from a plurality of sensors attached to a plurality of body parts of a target person, at least information regarding movement acceleration and posture angular velocity of each of body parts to which the sensors are attached, and estimating, on the basis of the acquired information regarding the movement acceleration and posture angular velocity, the movement velocity in a predetermined coordinate system of each of the body parts to which the sensors are attached. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a device and the like for performing processing for eliminating the deviation between postures of an object and a user without deteriorating the user's sense of immersion as much as possible in a scene where an object operated in a virtual space receives some kind of interference. An information processing device according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes an operation mode determination unit, an instruction posture calculation unit, and an object motion determination unit. The operation mode determination unit determines an operation mode for the first object. The instruction posture calculation unit calculates an instruction posture for the first object based on a posture of an operator of the first object. The object motion determination unit determines the posture of the first object based on the instruction posture when the operation mode is determined to be a first operation mode and without being based on the instruction posture when the operation mode is determined to be a second operation mode. Further, the operation mode determination unit switches the operation mode to the first operation mode when it is determined that the instruction posture satisfies a predetermined condition.
