摘要： A dispenser for flowable product is provided having a container body defining a storage chamber. A discharge tube is provided having an inlet positioned within the storage chamber and an outlet positioned within a recess formed in the top wall of the container. A cap is releasably secured to outlet of the discharge tube and positioned within the recess when in the closed position. A removable patch is secured to the top wall and covers the recess, the discharge tube outlet and the cap. Removal of the patch exposes the cap within the recess. The sealing member is released from its closed position to expose the outlet of the discharge tube. The dispenser is selectively rotated for discharge of the product through the tube outlet.

摘要： A dispenser is provided for a flowable product and is defined by a container body forming a storage chamber. A discharge tube is provided with an inlet positioned adjacent a bottom end of the storage chamber and an outlet positioned adjacent a discharge opening in the container. A sealing member is rotatably secured to the bottom end of the container body and includes a defined first position and defined second position. A closing member is positioned at the inlet end of the discharge tube when the sealing member is in the defined first position. Rotation of the sealing member from the first position to the second position moves the closing member away from the inlet opening and exposes the inlet to product within the storage chamber for selective discharge through the discharge tube outlet and the discharge opening.

The closure includes a body for covering the container opening and a plurality of projecting portions that extend from a periphery of the body. The projecting portions are spaced from one another around the periphery of the body, with each formed to surround a portion of the container rim. A ring is connected to the projecting portions and surrounds the container rim. A plurality of retaining fingers are provided, with each fingers spaced from one another and interleaved within the spacing between adjacent projecting portions. The fingers project inwardly from the ring and include a projected end for engagement with the container rim. The projected ends of the fingers include a varied or undulating surface.

摘要： An overcap is provided for use in sealing a container of the type having an outer rim, an inside wall surface, and an inner rim spaced inwardly from the inside wall surface, with the inner rim forming a container opening. A flexing portion is formed within the body portion of the overcap and is moveable between a first sealing position and a second sealing position. The flexing portion includes a downwardly depending wall member positioned adjacent the inside wall surface of the container in the first sealing position. A sealing plug is provided and is moveable between the first sealing position and the second sealing position. The sealing plug includes a peripheral surface dimension for frictional engagement with the inner rim, releasably closing of the opening in the second sealing position. The sealing plug is separated from the inner rim in the first sealing position.

摘要： A closure is provided having a closure body dimensionally formed for closing an opening within a container. A closing flap is pivotally positioned on the closure body and is moveable between an opened position, wherein the flap is pivoted upward, and a closed position, wherein the flap is pivoted to overlap a recess in a top surface of the body. A frangible area is provided in the recess. A flexible dome is formed on the closing flap. A contact member projects from the flap, opposite the dome. The contact member is positioned adjacent the frangible area when the closing flap is in the closed position. A downward actuation force to the dome causes a flexing of the dome toward the frangible area and at least a partial tearing of the frangible area.
