摘要: Provided is a battery module including: a plurality of battery cells which are arranged to be stacked and are electrically connected to each other; a plurality of partitions positioned between the battery cells and having aluminum panels fixed on upper and lower surfaces thereof; and a printed circuit board (PCB) electrically connected to the battery cell, wherein the battery cell and the PCB are connected to each other by one or more voltage sensing wires positioned on the partitions and having one side which is in contact with a bus bar of the battery cell and the other side which is in contact with a PCB terminal formed on the PCB.

摘要: The battery module includes: a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked; a terminal block electrically connected to the battery cell stack; a housing accommodating the battery cell stack in a form of an opened side surface on which the terminal block is formed; an insulating cover covering an opening of the housing, a terminal block through hole exposing the terminal block to the outside being formed on one side of the insulating cover; and a terminal block protective cover accommodating the terminal block exposed to the outside. A portion of the terminal block protective cover being melted in a situation of a certain temperature or higher to cover and insulate an outer surface of the terminal block, thereby insulating the terminal block and preventing the short circuit in a thermal runaway situation.

摘要: Provided is a battery module for a secondary battery. The battery module includes a busbar for a connection of electrode tabs. According to exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, in a battery module for a secondary battery, a thickness of a welded portion may be reduced while maintaining a total cross-sectional area of a busbar when electrode tabs of each of secondary batteries are connected in series or in parallel by a laser welding. Thus, the battery module may have an enhanced welding quality, and also may have an effect of being applicable to a high-capacity battery or a battery that is used for a long period of time.
