摘要： There is provided a battery module, in which a relatively wide contact area between an end plate and a lifting device may be secured when the battery module is elevated, the rigidity of the end plate may be sufficiently secured when the battery module is elevated, while forming a relatively thin end plate. The battery module includes a cell stack provided by stacking a plurality of battery cells, a module case accommodating the cell stack, an end plate disposed on front side and rear side of the module case, and a lifting support portion disposed on the end plate and having a support surface in surface contact with a lifting device.

In the battery pack, a heat exchange portion of a battery cell assembly formed by stacking a plurality of battery cells each including an electrode tab lead portion and a heat exchange portion is configured to be in contact with a heat conduction member disposed on a bottom portion of a housing without a sealed surface, and a corner portion formed to protrude from one end of the electrode tab lead portion is configured to be accommodated through a bus bar assembly, a cover plate, or a step portion of the bottom portion of the housing to be electrically insulated.

摘要： The battery module includes: a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked; a terminal block electrically connected to the battery cell stack; a housing accommodating the battery cell stack in a form of an opened side surface on which the terminal block is formed; an insulating cover covering an opening of the housing, a terminal block through hole exposing the terminal block to the outside being formed on one side of the insulating cover; and a terminal block protective cover accommodating the terminal block exposed to the outside. A portion of the terminal block protective cover being melted in a situation of a certain temperature or higher to cover and insulate an outer surface of the terminal block, thereby insulating the terminal block and preventing the short circuit in a thermal runaway situation.
