Abstract: A health-care preparation simultaneously with magnesium supplement and antioxidant functions and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The health-care preparation comprises a main active ingredient of magnesium agent and an excipient. The magnesium agent is MgH2 micro-nano powder, and the excipient is a commonly used dietary supplement auxiliary material. Compared with the existing magnesium-supplementing preparation, the health-care preparation can simultaneously supplement magnesium which is the essential trace element in human body, and hydrogen which can neutralize oxygen free radicals. The present invention has the following advantages: it is convenient for storage and taking, and has a high conversion and absorption efficiency, a low cost, and no toxic side effects. Long-term use of the preparation can effectively prevent a variety of adverse symptoms caused by magnesium deficiency, moreover the introduction of hydrogen which has an antioxidant effect can benefit to anti-inflammatory, body health, anti-aging and prevention of disease.

Abstract: A biodegradable magnesium alloy nerve conduit for nerve defect repair has multiple lines of through holes in the tube wall thereof, the through holes in each line are axially arranged along a circular tube at equal distances, and the through holes in adjacent lines are arranged in a staggered way. A method for preparing the nerve conduit includes steps of: (step 1) processing a 45-degree conical surface at one end of a magnesium alloy tube blank, carrying out extrusion, and obtaining a magnesium alloy intermediate tube material; (step 2) obtaining a capillary tube after carrying out multi-pass rolling and drawing on the magnesium alloy intermediate tube material; (step 3) carrying out stress relief annealing on the capillary tube, laser cutting and punching, and obtaining a porous conduit; and (step 4) carrying out acid pickling on the porous conduit, and then carrying out electrochemical polishing treatment, and obtaining the nerve conduit.

Abstract: The-use of magnesium hydride in the preparation of a composition for preventing and treating chronic periodontitis, and a magnesium hydride toothpaste are provided. In the composition or the magnesium hydride toothpaste, magnesium hydride has a weight percentage of 1% to 3%. The toothpaste has the functions of disinfection, anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, removing tooth stains, improving bad breath, alleviating gingival swelling, bleeding, and recession, and improving periodontitis symptoms. An appropriate amount of magnesium hydride fine particles is added in toothpaste, and the magnesium hydride particles can be hydrolyzed into hydrogen and magnesium ions with anti-inflammatory effects, which can also inhibit alveolar bone resorption. The magnesium hydride-containing composition is safe in use, and can effectively prevent the occurrence and development of periodontal diseases after long-term use.
