Abstract: A mounting device for an apparatus having a heat dissipation requirement; the apparatus is housed in a cabinet, and comprises a heat dissipation part; the mounting device comprises a box body (1) housed in the cabinet (4); the box body (1) comprises a peripheral wall (11) on the sides, and a first mounting surface and a second mounting surface respectively located at the ends of the peripheral wall (11) on the sides; the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are oppositely disposed and form an opening in the rear wall of the cabinet; the first mounting surface is mounted around the opening inside the cabinet, and is provided with an opening corresponding to the opening thereon; the apparatus is mounted on the second mounting surface; the heat dissipation part pushes through the second mounting surface, and extends into the box body (1) but does not go beyond the first mounting surface. The apparatus is completely housed in the cabinet, and no heat dissipation part extends outside the cabinet, thus the cabinet can be properly placed against the wall.
