    Abstract: A semiconductor package includes a first redistribution substrate, a first semiconductor chip disposed on the first redistribution substrate, a first mold layer that covers the first semiconductor chip and the first redistribution substrate, a second redistribution substrate disposed on the first mold layer, a second semiconductor chip disposed on the second redistribution substrate, where the second semiconductor chip includes a second-chip first conductive bump that does not overlap the first semiconductor chip, a first sidewall that overlaps the first semiconductor chip, and a second sidewall that does not overlap the first semiconductor chip, wherein the first sidewall and the second sidewall are opposite to each other, and a first mold via that penetrates the first mold layer connects the second-chip first conductive bump to the first redistribution substrate, and overlaps the second-chip first conductive bump.

    Abstract: Provided are an electronic device and an operation method thereof. The electronic device may include a memory storing one or more instructions, and a processor configured to execute the one or more instructions stored in the memory to: analyze a meaning of a speech section in audio data included in a content being played on the electronic device, based on an analysis result of the speech section, identify, from among a plurality of image frames included in the content, an image candidate section for generating a highlight image, analyze an object included in an image frame corresponding to the image candidate section, and identify a target section for generating the highlight image based on an analysis result of the image candidate section.

    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an electronic device and a character recognition method thereof. The electronic device may include a housing, a touchscreen display exposed through a first portion of the housing, an image sensor exposed through a second portion of the housing, a wireless communication circuit located in the housing, a processor operatively coupled to the touchscreen display, the image sensor, and the wireless communication circuit, and a memory operatively coupled to the processor. The memory may store instructions, which when executed, cause the processor to control the electronic device to display a user interface including an image acquired from the image sensor or stored in the memory, and recognize a region including a text in the image for optical character recognition by detecting a boundary of the region, comparing a size of the region with a predetermined size, and selecting the region for the optical character recognition based at least in part on the comparison result. Other various embodiments are also possible.

    Abstract: A method for controlling an electronic device is disclosed. The method for controlling an electronic device comprises the steps of: receiving a sketch drawn by a user; acquiring at least one machine-generated image on the basis of the sketch by using an artificial intelligence model learned by an artificial intelligence algorithm; displaying the acquired at least one machine-generated image; receiving a user command for selecting one of at least one displayed machine-generated image, and searching for at least one piece of content corresponding to the image selected according to the user command; and providing the searched for at least one piece of content.
