Abstract: An organic light emitting display includes a substrate, a first semiconductor element, a first electrode, a first pixel defining layer, a first organic light emitting layer, a second electrode and a first color filter. The first semiconductor element is disposed on the substrate. The first electrode is electrically connected to the first semiconductor element. The first pixel defining layer disposed on the first electrode, and a first pixel opening, which exposes a portion of the first electrode, is defined through the first pixel defining layer. The first organic light emitting layer is disposed on the exposed portion of the first electrode. The second electrode is disposed on the first organic light emitting layer and the first pixel defining layer. The first color filter is disposed over the first pixel opening. The first color filter has a structure extending from the first pixel opening in a plan view.
