摘要: A display device includes a display panel and a first sensor configured to sense a position of a touch of a user and a second sensor configured to sense a pressure of the touch. The first sensor and the second sensor may be provided inside or surrounding an area of the display panel. The second sensor includes a first conductor, a second conductor spaced apart from the first conductor, and configured to form capacitance with the first conductor, and one or more variable resistance elements connected with the first conductor.

摘要: A touch testing apparatus includes: a pogo pad area including input and output test pogo pads respectively connected to input and output test pads disposed in a pad area of a touch detection module; a test touch driver circuit configured to detect compression deviations between the input test pad and the input test pogo pad and between the output test pad and the output test pogo pad, and to correct touch data of the touch detection module based on the detected compression deviations; and a test board on which the test touch driver circuit is mounted, wherein the test board is configured to electrically connect the test touch driver circuit with the input and output test pogo pads.

摘要: A display device includes a touch panel and a display panel. The touch panel outputs touch sensing signals. At least one of a plurality of touch sensing signals is converted from a time domain to a frequency domain, and then information on a thickness of a common electrode is detected based on a peak of the converted touch sensing signal. As a result, it is possible to inspect whether the common electrode is formed with a uniform thickness without destroying the display device.

摘要: A method for inspecting a display device (which includes a pixel electrode and a touch sensor overlapping the pixel electrode) includes: adjusting an impedance value of a variable impedance circuit of an inspection apparatus according to a model of the display device; driving a power source generator of the inspection apparatus; supplying a pixel voltage to the pixel electrode through an output terminal connected to the variable impedance circuit; driving the touch sensor; and detecting a defect related to the pixel electrode based on sensing signals output from the touch sensor.
