摘要: A radiator 9 for electric parts use, which cools an inverter and others relating to the control of an electric motor, and a condenser 12 for condensing refrigerant are arranged in parallel with each other with respect to the direction of an air flow on an upstream side of the air flow of a radiator 8 for engine use. Due to the above arrangement, as the air temperatures at the inlets of the radiator 8 for electric parts use and the condenser 12 are low, a temperature difference between air and cooling water and a temperature difference between air and refrigerant are increased, and it becomes possible to enhance the performance of the radiator 8 for electric parts use and the condenser 12.

摘要: A bracket portion and a caulking pawl portion are provided on a tank cap closing an end portion of a first refrigerant header tank of an evaporator. Brazing is carried out in a state where the pawl portion is caulked and provisionally fixed to side plates by the pawl portion. As the evaporator and a radiator for electric components are coupled through the bracket portion, the coupling distance can be reduced and a suitable fastening strength between the evaporator and the radiator for electric components can be secured.

摘要: In a condenser of a refrigerant cycle, a throttle portion is provided at a predetermined position in one of first and second header tanks to decompress refrigerant while refrigerant meanderingly flows within the one of the first and second header tanks. Therefore, refrigerant from the throttle portion is sufficiently mixed with refrigerant directly flowing from tubes into a downstream space of the throttle portion in the one of the first and second header tanks. Accordingly, even when gas refrigerant is directly introduced from a part of the tubes directly into the lower downstream space, the gas refrigerant can be effectively heat-exchanged with the refrigerant flowing from the throttle portion. As a result, it can restrict refrigerant from being discharged from the condenser in a gas-liquid two-phase state.

摘要: A heat exchanger such as a condenser for use in an automotive air-conditioner includes a core unit having a plurality of laminated tubes and fins. Brackets for mounting the heat exchanger on a vehicle are connected to U-shaped side plate disposed on an outside of the core unit. After components constituting the core unit including the side plate are all connected to one another by brazing, the brackets are connected to the side plate via mounting members made of rubber by staking sidewalls of the U-shaped side plate. Since the brackets are connected to the heat exchanger by staking after the heat exchanger is completed, the heat exchanger is easily brazed and the number and positions of the brackets on the side plate can be arbitrarily selected.

摘要: A harness clip includes a base portion having a leg portion for engagement with a rocker panel, a side wall portion standing on and extending from one side edge of the base portion, and a harness holding portion which is connected to the side wall portion through a hinge portion, and a lock portion for engagement with the base portion at a distal end edge portion of the harness holding portion. The distal end edge portion of the harness holding portion is formed into a substantially L-shape when viewed from an end surface thereof to provide an angular portion, and this angular portion is locked to the base portion in contacting relation to an upper surface of the base portion. Therefore, even when a load is applied to the harness clip, the harness can be stably held without canceling the engagement of the lock portion with the base portion.
